Initially, came in not wanting to deal with Dentists. Was treated to respect, and consideration in my treatment. Ten years later,I have no intention of going anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mackenbach since Oct. 1996 and I wish I started with him sooner. From my first visit he noticed that one of my front teeth was discolored and had asked if I had any injury to that tooth. I responded yes, when I was around 12 -13 yrs old. I was 41 at my first visit. My former dentist who I began seeing when I was in my mid teens, never said or did anything about it. I was totally impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Dr, Mack. from that first visit. I have highly recommended him to my family and many friends. Needless to say, anyone I have recommended, is very happy. I can't say enough about him or his staff.

I am not usually the type that takes the time to write reviews but today I am...Due to an insurance change I just had to switch dentists, through a friend I found Associated Dental Care and am so happy I did. From the beginning the girl answering the phone was so very pleasant and this continued when I was greeted at the front desk and then taken on a tour of the office. What a nice touch! The hygienist was gentle yet thorough and Dr Szatkowski the same. I will certainly spread the word about this office to all my family and friends, they actually made going to the dentist a great experience.

I have been going to Associated Dental for 10+ years. I highly recommend Dr. Mackenbach.
From the minute you walk into their office you are greeted with a smile and a friendly face. They have complimentary water bottles, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. They have always been on time for my appointments and I wait in comfort until my name is called.
It is very easy to make, change or cancel an appointment. They try to accommodate busy schedules with a variety of appointments (morning, afternoon and evening).

Dr. John Mackenbach has been my dentist for over 20 years (feeling old when I put it this way). From the very first time going to the office and even till now, the staff has always treated me with the up most respect and hospitality. On occasions, I must bring my children with me and every member on the AD team welcomes them and makes them feel at home.
I went through the Invisalign treatment with Dr. John and had to visit the office more than typical 6 month cleaning patient and was always greeted with a smile from one of my favorite people, Debbie. This entire staff at Associated Dental in Bloomingdale, IL, truly makes the visit a pleasant and wonderful experience.
I have moved a few times since my first visit. My drive time is now over 20 minutes and it is well worth the drive. If you are looking for a great family dentist office, this is your place!!!

Now, I have had two cleanings done and I just had my cavity filling done. This is the first place where I went to where my entire mouth was not dumb, there was no pain when I was given the anesthetics, and the procedure was quick, painless and very easy. My 3rd time here and they welcome you like they have known and loved you their entire lives.. I am talking about every single person there. That alone makes me a lifetime customer

They are highly professional and very caring no matter what it is, from a cleaning to a root canal (I should know, I’ve had several) and pain free to boot. They take great care of you. From my very first visit to every visit since, Associated Dental Care goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. As someone who has some dental phobia and who did not see a dentist regularily for years, this is very important! The staff and dentists are all wonderful. Thank you! I have had terrible Dental experiences in the past. Due to those terrible experiences, I developed a total fear of the Dentist. I decided to try Associated Dental this past summer after several close family friends recommended Dr. S. I was told he is the best. Saying I am happy that I tried Associated Dental is an understatement. The staff puts the patient as the highest priority. They are compassionate, calming, and take as much time as necessary. I had to have a pretty long procedure done, and I felt zero pain. I didn't even feel the initial novocaine shot. Dr. S. is amazing. I will never go anywhere else. I have finally found my dentist!

After the tour, it was time to get my cleaning and x-ray and what not done. The last place I went to was Cameo Dentist, where they kept either losing my file or mixing it up with an old file of mine with my new at Cameo. If that was not enough, their equipment seems outdated compared to here and their workers (at Cameo) were more interested in what/where to eat than work on me. Not here though. Their equipment seems to be up to date and very clean and roomy at Associated Dental Care.

I made my appointment and they helped me manuever around the website to find the paperwork to make my visit quicker. Finally, I arrived and was welcomed by a very friendly group of people who were working the front desk. Dont get me wrong, most places are friendly but this place... it made me feel like I was already part of the family even though this was my first visit. Shoot, I will go as far as saying I felt like I was a brother and they were my sisters. I sat down and looked around... they had two big screen tvs, a cooler full of water, and a coffee/tea maker that looks very pricey. I was then called into the back to meet a few of the workers theres and was given a big tote bag full of goodies. Then I was given the tour of the place. It surprised me that this place was huge and it seems they do most of the work here... I dont think I will ever hear them say "to get this done, you will have to go here and call this doctor" like others have done to me. They seem to do 99.99 under this same roof

I spend a good few months/weeks looking up reviews and I could not find much on this place. What I could find was nothing but really great reviews so I decided to go.

Since day one, I have been fearful against going to the Dentist. All I can think of is drills and pain. I have visited most of the dentist office around my area in Carol Stream/Bloomingdale area but I think I found the place where I love going.
